At our store, each item is carefully crafted to meet high-quality standards—especially our personalized products. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items that have been customized, including (but not limited to) names, logos, dates, or unique designs.

We encourage you to double-check all details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a return is approved for a non-personalized item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing personalized items quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted.
