We take pride in carefully selecting our raw lumber from several trusted mills in our region. We choose to take the longer route of milling our own stock to guarantee consistency and the highest quality lumber in our products. By milling our own stock, we maximize the use of the material and minimize sawdust waste. Unlike big box stores and pre-made lumber that are cut down to 3/4" from 1 1/8" thick boards, we often retain up to 1", resulting in a sturdier product than most available in the market. Our profiles are designed using CAD software and are precision cut on a CNC machine.
